Normally, you should just be able to click on the symbol that looks like the "action" symbol for movies (that probably makes zero sense). But lately I've been have all sorts of issues with uploading pics....it pulls up Google Cloud and won't let me do anything. Someone said if you're having this problem to clear your internet cookies. I tried this and it has worked a couple of times. I hope this helps.
